Elena's POV
I gasped immediately in fear and my breath seized. I shut my eyes tightly, wishing that I was invisible. I opened my eyes and my gaze fell on him as he stayed there, not moving any part of his body. I wished he had gone back to sleep so that I could leave the room. I didn't want to be in the same room with him. He heaved a heavy sigh, blinking his eyes rapidly as if he were still trying to know where he was. He tilted his head to the other side of the room. I guessed he finally knew where he was as he tried to stand up from the bed, groaning and wincing simultaneously.
He sat on the edge of the lowering his head and taking a deep breath. He looked weak as he sat there, and I could not help but feel pity for him. I turned around abruptly to call the doctor to come and check on
