I walked myself in the library almost floating in the air while my bodyguard was following and I saw Derah from afar, waiting at the door of the library. I saw Danica too, leaning against the wall.

"Tired?" Danica asked openly. I just nodded my head because I was still not in my best mood to speak.

"You won't stay in the library now and waste your time on those useless books. I talked to the Alpha to personally train you" Danica stopped me from entering the library.

“in the woods” she sternly looked at me. I looked up at her, raising my brows. I don't understand why we need to train outside this mansion. I am not interested in the books or whatever they wanted me to learn, how much more my energy outside and do physical activities Danica whatever wanted me to do.

"Are you serious about that?" I asked again with a mixture of annoyance. She looked at me with seriousness in her eyes, telling me that she's dead serious.

"Here's your new clothes", Derah interjected in the conversation and gave me the folded clothes. I accepted that and looked at them all in disbelief. "I'm tired. Can we do it tomorrow?” I smiled at them and looked at them from side to side. They didn't utter words instead, they shook their heads telling me no. My energy dropped and my body laxly dragged myself to change my clothes.

After a few minutes, I came out of a room and met them out of the mansion towards the back. We walked quietly and had our own world. Danica leads the way while I follow her. Derah is tailing me and my personal bodyguard is at the last, quite roaming his eyes around the perimeter.

"I assume that you already memorized the place. Our pack and everything about werewolves, haven't you?” Danica started the conversation and I knitted my forehead from what I heard. I haven't understood anything from what I've read since day one. I groaned when I almost tripped in the root of a tree.

“I haven't learned anything”, I pouted at her and squatted in the ground to reach my feet and clean the dirt attached to my skin. I felt a hand on my shoulders pushing me lightly in my left side bending my body almost causing me to fall. Thanks to someone supported my weight. I heard also a small wimpher coming from Derah but I haven't seen her. I looked at my side and saw my personal bodyguard na matalim ang tingin sa paligid. I looked at his right hand and I saw an arrow tip. I gasped loudly and pushed him away causing me to fall in the ground. I released a groan once again and tried standing. I dusted myself off and look at the arrow still held by his hands. Derah run into my side and immidiately checked my whole body incase I was hurt.

“Are you okay?” Derah worriedly scanned me again. I stopped her by pushing her forehead lightly away from me and she quitely stand a meter away from me. I didn't take my eyes off my bodyguard's hand and I saw how he clasp his hand and blood started to drip on it.

“Oh my gosh”, I silently closed my mouth using my hand.

“That's enough.” Danica intervened and nods her head to him. Derah gulped and instantly stand beside me. I am now completely out my mind and can't process whatever happens in my environment.

“Follow me”, Danica insisted. Me and Derah didn't oppose as we followed her lead until we reached a clean area surrounded with tall trees and a small river a few meters away from where we are standing.

“You need to run anywhere and let me find you. In here, your skills will be tested.” Danica seriously stand in front of us and walked left and right while discussing what she wanted some to do and what game we will do.

“I am involved in here, right?” Derah asked with a cheeky smile but Danica's reply slapped her face by the reality.

“Yes, you will join us in hunting.”

“What?! I don't know what's this hunting you are talking about. I am also a personal maid not a soldier or pack warrior.” Derah voiced out with a little confidence left in her. I nodge her side to tell her she should stop because I knew Danica. Her words is the law. You can't win over her especially in this time where her mind is completely blocked by her beliefs.

“You will run away from me and hide wherever you wanted. I'll count one to ten to have you time but after that, I'll start searching for the both of you. In twenty minutes, and I haven't seen you, you won. But if saw you in the allotted time, do whatever I say. Understand?!”

Derah and I agreed while we are looking at each other, fear in her eyes.

“Can we surpass the gate or our pack's boundary?” I asked with a confused mind. I looked how she changes her facial reaction and released a small smirk.

“Yiu can ran wherever you wanted. In or out the pack's territory.” She replied that made my heart beats faster. What if I escape from here? I think it won't be a big deal.for Dion. He's with his mate already and I am no longer needed aside from these shits.

Me and Derah panickedly faced the forest to look for the direction we wanted to take. Danica's sudden counting adds adrenaline rush into me. I run in my right side without looking back to them. I doubled my pace though my body screams tiredness. Dried leaves started to crunchily heard from afar and I decided to run quitely as possible. Werewolves are sensitive and has advanced hearing than I am. If I wanted to last longer, I need to be more extra careful.

I halted in a huge tree to take a rest and hide my body after few minutes of surpassing my body limit in physical running. I leaned on the trunk and take deep breaths when I heard footsteps from afar. I ducked over the ground and listened carefully. I went to the bushes and hide my body on it's growing leaves.

“I told you that Dion should be killed by his mate! You didn't listened to me?!” I heard a thin voice of a woman walking in my direction. I closed my eyes praying not to be seen or caught because I felt like this is more than Danica's punishment if I was got by them.

“How can I kill him if I am his other half?! Aren't you listening to me? This is impossible! I can't kill my own mate. ” A familiar voice cracked in the middle of her speech. My mouth rounded in shock when I heard Dion's name.

“Huh! And I told you to dispose that human he's protecting. She's just a pawn made by Dion. You need to take good care of her so she could vanish here in our land. Make a move to make her killed.” My hair in my body started to stand, hearing my involvement almost made me runs way from them but I can't. They'll kill instantly.

“She's surrounded by guards and her security were leveled highly. I can't get a chance to kill her. I need to be extra careful, Dion also protects her.”

“What if you reveal their secrets? That they are not mates?” the other suggested.

“Leave it to me, I already have a plan.”

“Do you smell something unusual here?” one asked and I swallowed hardly trying to roll my body as small as I could without attracting their attention.

“Help me! Oh my goshhhhh! Help!” I heard Derah shouted from afar. She's asking for help whining like a baby.

“We need to go, there's a rat roaming around.”

“Indeed.” A woosh of air were followed by another sound of air then they left. I double checked their whereabouts and when I'm sure they are already gone, I released a deep breath and get out of my hiding place.

“Seemed you are enjoying the information you got”, I almost jumped when a person stand at my back spoke. I was stunned to speak.
