“Bro… We need to talk. Come to our villa.” I received a text from Liam. Wondering what he wanted to say, I took my car and drove to my villa. There was still no news from Kaira after she left hurriedly from Daisy’s call. I was pondering whether it would be good for me to give her call or not. In the end I decided not to call her…

I reached my villa in an hour where I found Liam holding his head facing down while sitting on the couch. This was the first time I had ever seen him so down.

“Hey… What’s up?” I tried to sound as cheerful as I could but the aura around him was kind of depressing? Maybe…

He slowly moved his head to look at me like some kind of zombie. He had a very think dark circles and not to mention his hair was a mess. Now I am really curious to know what happened.

“Bro… What do I do now?” His question was so random that I raised my brows in confusion. He continued.

“Well... Bro… yesterday I made a mistake…”

“And… What was that?” Now I am really starting to lose my patience. He is really driving me nuts with all his acting. If it was not something worth all his efforts to make me worry, he is really going to get it bad from me! I gave him a death glare which made him instantly open his mouth without dragging on the drama any longer.

“I… I slept with Daisy!” He looked so scared as if I was going to beat him to a pulp. I was a little surprised by his actions. I was curious to know why he was acting like this and thus I decided to ask. After all Ms. Daisy is my dear wife’s friend!

“So what? Why are you acting like this was your first time? Are you not always boasting about how many girls you have?” He looked down playing with his fingers like a shy little teenage girl.

“Well… Bro… to be honest… it was my first…. I was flustered and couldn’t think straight. So I just ran away like a ass!” He straight out admitted his mistake like a man. But still, he did behave like an ass! There is no denial in that…

“Help me bro… Talk with sister-in-law. I really want to apologize. I want to take responsibility. But I don’t have the courage to call her myself!!” This i***t of a brother… he really looks so troubled…. Isn’t he a lady killer?

I could only sigh deeply as I continued to analyze the situation in my head. That was when I heard a knock on the door. Before I got up to open the door, it was opened from the outside. Kaira walked in slowly. She looked so pretty as the setting sun illuminated her beautiful face. My breath was caught on my chest as I continued to stare at her.

“As expected you are here… Liam we need to talk.” Her enchanting voice was a sweet and pleasant music on my ears.

“Sister-in-law… I was just taking with brother about you…” Liam looked flustered like a kid that got caught while stealing chocolates. I couldn’t help but chuckle at his reaction. She made herself comfortable and glared at Liam. I won’t stop her with what she has on her mind.

“I heard what happened between you two. Let’s make it simple. She doesn’t want to see you ever again.” Her words were quite sharp like she was threatening him. Liam was visibly shivering under her gaze. He looked at me with puppy eyes for help. Well, this was getting interesting.

“Kaira. How about we let them sort things out. I mean, I know what he did was wrong. He shouldn’t have left her like that. But still….” Kaira cut me off before I could finish speaking.

“What? He left?” She sounded genuinely surprised and anger was flooding her eyes. Oops! Did I mess it up for him.

“She… didn’t tell?” Liam asked with a soft whisper. “No, she didn’t” Kaira was clearly angry. Before she spoke anything more, Liam literally went on his knees to beg her.

“Sister-in-law, I am sorry! But please tell her to give me a chance. I won’t run this time.” Liam sounded really serious and genuine. I have never seen him beg like this before. But no matter what he did, it doesn’t look like Kaira would bulge. After all this stupid thing is my brother. How could I abandon him?

“Kaira. Could you please help him once?” She looked at me and then back at him. It looked like she was in a deep thought. It took her quite a few minutes to reply.

“If you hurt her, I swear I will make you regret that you were born!” She really threatened him so openly. Liam looked like he would pee in his pants while all I could think was how sexy she looked when angry!

She huffed, her beautiful amber eyes almost turned red from anger. I tried to coax her.

“Kaira. How about we have something to drink? I presume you have already had something to eat.” I walked near her as I leaned closer to her face and took a deep sniff. She flinched and moved a step back. Her anger filled face was instantly turned pink. Her beautiful amber eyes were facing down as she used the back of her hand to rub her mouth. So cute! I want to pinch her cheeks! The next moment my hands were on her cheeks pulling them hard.

“Wha… Tch you choing?” (What are you doing?) I couldn’t stop myself from playing with her like a little kid! Damn! She is so cute. Her eyes became teary. She tried to move but I held her in place by holding her waist. She shivered under my touch. I leaned to her ear and whispered in a soft and gentle voice.

“Don’t worry. I won’t hurt you. Ever.” I said as I bit her earlobe gently. She quivered as she tried hard to suppress the moan that was threatening to escape from her mouth. I couldn’t control myself whenever I am in front of her. I want to give her more than I could take from her. She was still stiff in my arms.

“Shh… Shh… It’s alright. I won’t hurt you… Trust me.” I said as I placed a soft kiss on her forehead. She started to relax. Her cheeks were a beautiful tint of pink. Her usually clear amber eyes showed the signs of lust as they roamed all over the place except looking at my face. She bit on her lower lip. God! That moment she didn’t know how much I wanted to taste her! She was turning me on so badly.

I had all kinds of training when I was appointed as the Captain of the Special Forces. In that controlling yourself in front of a woman was the most basic of all. I never flinched even when a woman would throw herself at me completely naked. But she is different.

For the first time, I desire… I want her.

While my head was hanging on all the dirty thoughts, Liam cleared his throat so loudly to let us know he was still there. I glared at him.  He ran upstairs immediately. I don’t want anyone else to see my Kaira the way she looked at that moment. That was something only for my eyes…
