Rae’s POV
I wake up feeling extremely warm. I stretch my arms to feel them smack into something hard. Jolting up in bed, I glance and see that Chris is laying beside me, with his arm wrapped around my waist, and I begin to panic. We are in my room but I don’t remember how we got here.
I glance down, sighing, and notice that I still have my clothes on from yesterday. I don’t know what I would have done if I had to explain that I didn’t remember my first time with him. Chuckling to myself, I remove his arm to head to the restroom. He wraps his arm tighter around me.
“Don’t go, love.” He says, in his husky morning speech. It sends a thrill down my spine that only spreads further when he opens his eyes. “It’s still too early. Lay back down.”
