Audrey POV
I dropped Audrey's hand and walked away. She was still in shock that she could be say a word to me. She stood there until I entered my room. I slammed the door angrily and started pacing around the room.
“I shouldn't have let her get me.” I muttered to myself as I was walking around the room feeling very worried about what Alpha Roland will say to me after such display I just put out there.
I sat on the bed and decided not to think about it too much after all my duty here is just to heal him and when I'm done I'll leave immediately.
While I was still thinking I heard a knock on the door and before I could say anything the person already walked inside the room.
