~Joanna My heart raced as Lanre kissed me. I felt frozen, unable to respond. What was wrong with him? He pulled away, his face flushed with embarrassment. "I'm sorry," he stammered, his eyes pleading. "I shouldn't have done that." I didn't know what to say. I felt awkward, my heart still pounding in my chest. I walked into the bathroom, shutting the door behind me. I stood in there, my mind spinning. Why was Lanre so worried about me? I came out of the bathroom, my face still flushed.
