The doorbell rings.
Selena stands at the door, a bottle of wine in her hand. I knew that she would be the first person to get here. She sounded excited on the phone when I invited her for dinner so I knew she'd be early.
"Thanks for coming." I take her coat and hang it on the hook at the door. She looks gorgeous in a green dress and silver heels.
"Is this your apology for giving me blue balls last night?" She walks into the house and heads straight to the dinner table. "Smells delicious!"
Selena grabs a glass on the table and fills it to the brim with wine.
"Have you talked to Ethan and Eva?"
"Yep!" She sips the wine. "They were kind enough to remind me to fùck off because they are busy playing with their private parts. Gross."
