Leonard watches Nandini as she plays with his hand snuggling close to him. He wanted to ask her to marry him and he knew she would say yes. He wondered whether he should do it on a grand scale befitting her or keep it simple.
She would prefer the simple way, he realized. He smiles as he kisses her temple lovingly. Nandini turns to look at him and smiles. Leonard smiles lovingly at her.
Erin was right, Nandini and his Dad should meet. He wanted Nandini to meet his Dad and that is when he remembered Nandini saying that she was no longer the girl a man took proudly to meet his family. And he decided then and there that he would not take Nandini to meet his Dad, he would bring his Dad to meet Nandini. Nandini deserved nothing less.
"What are you thinking?" Nandini asks him.
