Before he even realized it, Dean found himself running. Running towards Dylan, desperate to save his life. Dean stumbled slightly as he ran over some uneven rocks in the ground, stumbling several times over the uneven terrain and landing awkwardly every couple of steps. He reached a point where he couldn’t run anymore and stopped, turning around slowly, his body leaning heavily against a tree trunk that was lying on the ground next to him. As he caught his breath, he took a few seconds to look around him, wondering whether or not he would find Dylan still alive. But, in the same moment, a feeling of relief washed over Dean.
