5 JULY 2017 The Victoria station was reasonably quiet at that time of the evening. People came and went but not in the hordes of rush hour. The weather outside was horrendous – warm, stuffy and wet – and nobody in their right minds would venture out unless they had to. Rowan leaned back against the post behind him.
