Zayne couldn't focus. His mind travelled to Reene the entire time he sat in the conference room. His wolf howled for her as he attended to meetings. He couldn't help how annoyed he felt each time he thought of leaving her alone at the club with Jaxon. Why would he do that? Yes, he admits there was something he had to do, but that didn't mean he should've left her with his number one rival and a male that had done as much crime as he could imagine. Also, someone that kept on acting all dominating in his claim for her. Why the heck would he stupidly leave her in the hands of someone like that.
