My father continued by saying, "Jane , you will be in charge of watching over Eric." "He will serve as both your personal assistant and secretary, but most importantly, he will be in charge of all of the fundamental administrative responsibilities.
Given that he has never worked before, I have complete faith in your ability to manage him with dignity and tact.
Although Jane 's mouth was barely open, all she did was nod her head. "Yes, sir," Jane said. "I will."
My father responded with, "Well then." "You two get going. I'm going to get some lunch somewhere else."
Jane and I watched in stunned silence as my father pulled a jacket from the back of his chair, grabbed a pair of sunglasses, and then saunteringly exited the room while whistling in a jovial manner to himself.
As soon as we were by ourselves again, I glared at Jane and gave her a scowl.
I was rude to her and informed her that I had no idea what she had in mind. "But I'm not going to pay attention to what you have to say."
Jane 's eyebrows shot up in surprise. She responded by saying, "I haven't even told you anything yet." "Will becoming my employee really be that unpleasant of an experience?"
I took note of her scruffy appearance, her untidy hair, and her innocent-looking brilliant green eyes. My first reaction was that she must still be a virgin. It seems inconceivable that a mature woman would behave in such a naive manner as to stand there and stare.
“Well?” Jane turned her head to the side in a curious manner. "Is it?"
I responded with a sarcastic, "Yes." "Shooting myself in the foot won't be nearly as much fun as this," you might say.

It was so unbelievable to me. My new employee is the most stunningly handsome man I'd ever seen in real life, and he was going to be working for me.
I couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry at the situation.
As soon as Christian left his office, I was overcome with anxiety. I felt like I couldn't breathe. Eric was looking straight at me with a malicious sneer curved over his lips.
His eyes were a sapphire blue color and they shone with a venomous malice. His hair was a dark brown color and it was unkemptly falling over his face.
I finally got the words out, "Well, come with me." "I'll get you set up behind my desk."
Eric said, in an extremely close imitation of my tone of voice, "Well, come with me." "Oh my God, you are so pitiful."
I gave him an angry look. "Excuse me," I said snippily. "However, this is my very first job, and I'll also be managing someone for the very first time. You're going to have to be a little more tolerant with me."
I was quickly overtaken by Eric. His hand flew through the air and landed with a resounding thwack on the back of my head. I burst out crying as I leaped into the air, and shame caused the apples of my cheeks to turn a blazing crimson.
With a smirk on his face, Eric responded, "Sure, honey." I'll give you as much leeway as you want me to. Does that make sense?
My eyes rolled in my head. I mumbled "anything" in response. I was shouting to myself in my head. But I was aware that in order to make this plan a success, I was going to have to devise a strategy that would either involve Eric's participation or not.
The remaining of the day was a complete disaster. I couldn't believe I was having such terrible luck. All weekend long, I'd been counting down the hours until my first day at Creovation, but now that I was there, working with Eric was turning what should have been my dream job into a living nightmare.
When I turned back, Eric was either grinning or leering or making some sort of face. I had the sensation of being both intruded upon and disregarded by him at the same time. It was as if he was making fun of me while also making it clear that he didn't give a crap about the way that I interacted with him.
It was sufficient to drive me completely insane.
When the day was over, I was left with the impression that I hadn't made too much progress.
I'd planned to create two blog entries, each of which would be five hundred words long, and I'd asked Eric to check that all of the receipts and the expenditure reports in the filing cabinet were a match.
In addition, I'd planned to write two blog posts. Eric had been sulking over it, but when I threatened to call Christian , he took the document out of my hand. He then continued to be upset about it.
It was enough to make me want to break out in hives in order to have an excuse to stay inside all day long.
"You can leave," I answered wearily. "It's well beyond five o'clock."
Eric grinned as he jumped up from his improvised desk, which consisted of a card table and an executive chair that he had taken from the conference room.
After that, he strolled over to my desk and blew me a kiss with his blow dryer. When I was closer than five feet to Eric, I found that it was impossible for me to concentrate.
He emanated s*x like a male model, and every time his blue eyes darted over my body, I felt like a blushing schoolgirl.
"Any plans?" Eric's question was somewhat oblique.
He got so close to my face by leaning over my desk that he was only a few inches away. I was concerned that the tuna sandwich I had for lunch was still clinging to my taste buds when I suddenly clenched my teeth and locked my lips tight.
I smiled and shook my head.
The corners of Eric's mouth turned up in a smirk. "Has cat eaten your tongue, Jane ?"
I gave myself a light jolt and then tried to shake off the tension in my body. I had to remind myself to take deep breaths. After all, he's just a human being.
He is not a mighty god who has descended from the sky. In addition to that, you are his superior after all!
"No plans," I answered.
"Just stopping by my best friend's place for a quick drink."
"Oh, girl time," Eric said. He nodded and smirked. "I get it. Cool. Are you going to spill the beans about your horrible new employee to her, or what?
I got a red face. I lied and said "No." "Of course not."
Eric gave a grin. He moved in even closer, and when he did, a wave of his pungent, overpowering fragrance swept over me.
I felt dizzy, like I suddenly wasn't receiving enough oxygen.
Just when I was beginning to assume that Eric was going to mock me again he closed his eyes and brought his mouth close to mine.
At first, the kiss seemed almost insincere since it was so mechanical. But after a few moments, the heat from his lips transferred to mine, and I felt a lovely wave of pleasure flood over my body.
I couldn't stop thinking about how good it felt. When Eric's warm tongue slid between my lips and began to dance in my mouth, I felt a weakening in my knees.
It was the first time in my life that I had ever experienced a kiss like this, and it made it difficult for me to breathe.
Eric came up to me, put his hands on my shoulders, and pulled me closer to him for a kiss.
I was made to feel delicate and like a true lady by his muscular hands as they gripped my body. As Eric's kiss became more passionate, a wave of want and desire swept through my abdominal region, and I found myself lowing seductively into his mouth.
Eric stepped back and sported a grin. He said to me, with a sneer on his face, "Have a lovely night, Boss."
I sighed and lowered myself back into my chair as soon as he had left the room.
Working at Creovation, Inc. was going to be an excellent learning experience, no doubt about it. And with the way things were going at the moment, I found myself having a sudden desire to be finished with all of my schooling.
After waiting for an hour, I made my way through the mob to the last available stool at the bar, where I sat down next to my closest friend, Susan. After giving me the side eye for a moment, she came closer to give me a hug.
"God, was it possible that you could have arrived any later?" Susan poked fun at me. "I was terrified that someone was going to kill me for occupying this seat."
She indicated her large black laptop case with her finger. "If this hadn't been here, I'm fairly certain that someone would have made an attempt to shove me out of the way," she said.
It made me laugh. I responded by saying, "I know, it's a truly cruel crowd here." "However, they host the most enjoyable happy hour in the entire city.
You can't just disregard that, can you?
Susan mustered a feeble smile. "So, tell me about work,". She took a sip of her cocktail, which had the appearance of an orange crush and consisted of rum, orange soda, and vanilla.
"Is everything going according to plan?"
I made an exaggerated groaning sound and rolled my eyes. I cried out, "This is a nightmare!" “Honestly. There is no way that I will be able to continue working there if I don't know how."
Susan squinted her eyes in concentration. I took a long, eager swallow after she offered me her drink, savoring the way the rum seemed to melt right into my tongue.
“Why? "I remember how ecstatic you were when you were hired," she remarked.
"They made the decision to recruit you on the spot, did they not?"
I nodded glumly. I let out a heavy sigh as I admitted, "Yeah, but I had no idea what I was getting myself into until today." "I have the son of the company's CEO working for me. Like, directly under me."
"Oh gosh," Susan said. "That sounds like a nightmare for human resources."
"It is." When I thought back to the passionate kiss that I'd shared with Justin at the end of the day, I couldn't help but blush.
"So, how would you describe him? frat boys nightmares?"
