Chapter 14The start of the second week found Georgia alone for the day. Julie had gone to Vancouver. Grampa Frank accompanied her with the two girls. After dropping Julie off for a series of Doctor appointments, he planned to take the kids to a movie matinee.
She spent the morning reading snail mail from readers. Most of them sent emails through her blog site, but some still relied on the old fashioned mode of communication, using her agent's address, which were then forwarded to her. Sometimes she sent a reply if she felt it was warranted. Her attention to them was long overdue. One typed letter took her by surprise. Short and to the point, it left her with an uneasy feeling.
