  Jace shuffled up to me, and taking my hand in his, reached out and turned my face toward him with his fingertips. ��I would spend an eternity getting you to open up to me, but I leave on Thursday, so���� He smiled lightly my way.   ����������Maybe there��s nothing to tell���� I lied �C badly.   ��������Jace gave me a knowing look. ��Oh, there is. I promise you can tell me, and I won��t judge.��   ��������Looking in his sparkling green eyes, deep down I knew that I could trust him, and after all of his help that he had given me over the past couple of days, I suppose it was only fair to tell him why he was always helping out what seemed to be an emotional wreck.
