Luckily, getting to the airport and boarding my flight had been less eventful than my journey here, and I settled back into my seat to relish in the peace and space that this flight afforded me, as who knew what I would be returning to. ��������Eyeing the seat next to me, visions of Jace sitting there consumed my thoughts, and it was surprising how I couldn��t shake off the thought of him as easily as I would have imagined. As the plane left the tarmac and we ascended into the air, I gazed out of the window and watched as we left Barbados behind.
