The silence in the room was deafening as no one spoke a word, each of them had conflicting thoughts but it all contributed to the awkward energy. Blythe and Lucius had been looking at each other for a little over five minutes, while Laila stared at both of them, hoping to understand anything through their conversation but they were not speaking. Whatever Blythe had said rubbed Lucius the wrong way, he looked rather disturbed and worried.
“Explain to me in detail”, he finally spoke.
Blythe began, “It would appear that the wolves we sent for treatment got worse instead of better, whatever was wrong with them multiplied and manifested into something deadly”
“How deadly?”
“Murderously deadly, according to what I was told, they morphed into some kind of dead and alive breed; then went on a
