My courage might not be enough

The man was about to sit holding his coffee. With out waiting for Ruth to talk, he pointed at her table and says, "instructions are all written for you, take your time to read it and start working" Blaize exclaimed with an indifferent look and commanding tone

" Good morning Boss CEO Blaze," Ruth says calmly as she bows her head. She already anticipated this to happen as she heard their conversation between Brother Ivan.. I guess it's a monster, she thought.

Blaze was intimidate with the womans gesture. How can she be that calm and relaxed? He thought.. It was normal for him to see fear and anxiety in the eyes of his employees, aside from Ivan, his cousin and Dan, his personal assistant. It was his first time to meet someone that's brave and proud. And of course, from such an exquisite beauty.. He frowned and said, "go on"

Ruth who was suppressing her disappointment, brought out a big smile, says, " Thanks you boss, I'll go work then", as she bows and casually walk to her table.

She was never tense nor afraid, rather shows her bravity and professionalism to the CEO.

Blaze was a bit shock, such a brave woman, he thought... Let me see if you have brains too, as he let out a cunning smile..

He took his seat and continue working.

As for Ruth, she carefully reads each instructions, and tried to remember it all. She then picks up a pen and notebook and she writes every plan in mind.

The instruction composed a week of her work. She then, look at the files in front of her, most of it was for reproducing. Some files must be given to different department heads in advance. Others are needed during company and private meeting.

At least 4 files was for translation. Two of these files must be translated to Japanese Language, and the other two must be translated to French Language.

Well at least I can use my knowledge in speaking different language, she thought...

Coffee must be served every morning upon the CEO's arrival. Black coffee, no sugar. Daily itinerary must be reminded to the boss every morning.., this makes Ruth tremble a bit,... Oh my, my courage must not be enough to deal with this boss, she thought.... As she thinks of a better way to inform the itenerary to the boss, avoiding much of talking... Others will be upon the CEO's request.

The names of the company's board of directors and managers were also in the list and their preferred drinks. Coffee, water cold and hot...
