It was lunchtime, Samar was about to order, so I told him that a friend was also coming so Samar ordered food accordingly.
Maurvi came exactly at the right time and smiled politely at everyone. I smiled back.
" Hi.. you are right on time... Let me introduce you to everyone. You already know Sahil... This is Samar, Sahil's best friend." She nodded at him and he smiled too.
" This is... Damini, my... "
" Colleague... Hi, I am Damini." She didn't let me complete the sentence.
" Hi, I am Maurvi. I am glad to meet you Damini Ji. "
" Same here. "
We all started having lunch though Damini was toying with the food.
" Are you not liking the food, Damini Ji? " Maurvi asked.
" No it is just that I am not hungry. ' she said.
Everyone else was enjoying and Sahil praised the food
