Chapter 21
The fake maze is finished and the workers are actually happy with it and so is T. Well, kind of. She thinks it could be better but then again she thinks everything could be better unless it is done by her. The traps are set and everything and everyone is ‘a go’. So they wait. The atmosphere is pitch perfect with excitement. Some say it is as if they are performing for a stage while others say they are in a theme park ride. Either way everyone is happy. Hours pass. Nothing happens and the energy begins to fade away. By the time Donny has arrived most of the people are lying on the floor playing ticktacktoe in the dirt while the card players have gone back to playing cards. Donny walks up to T who is sitting, concealed, above the maze to see all that goes on with Caz and manipulate if need
