Will couldn't figure out what was in Nicholas's head when he saw how silent Nicholas was.
He wouldn't find it strange if Nicholas got mad. After all, Cindy told Nicholas that she didn't know Armani before.
And the investigation only proved that she was lying.
But then, it seemed like there was no reason for her to tell the truth back then either.
It would be awkward for her to tell everyone that Armani was her ex.
After thinking for a while, Will decided to speak up for Cindy. Perhaps she would help him in return one day.
More importantly, he didn't want Nicholas to get angry.
