Takahashi’s POV
This time, I'm quite nervous, and I'm not looking forward to fighting with my friends. I'm not going to be able to defeat them in any way. I'm not sure how I'll react if the three of us are the only ones remaining on the battlefield, but I doubt it will happen because I won't last long in this game. I don't shoot arrows at other people's tiled floors because I don't want to draw their attention to myself. Right now, all I do is run and avoid missing ground tiles in order to stay alive while the other players kill each other. Saki and Yuu appear to be in excellent condition. Yuu appears to be pretty relaxed, as usual, and Saki is a monster in the game.
Saki seemed to be agitated with Yuu. I'm not sure if it's because of what happened in the past or because of anything new. Saki's hatred for Yuu is written on her face. Saki begins to annoy other players, who then begin to target Saki. No one seems to be able to hit the exact ground tile where Saki is ready to take a step. Saki jumps incredibly high and runs very rapidly while avoiding missing ground tiles and bumping into other players. Bumping other players is legal in this game, which surprises me. An extremely quick arrow landed on the tile ground where I was stepping, and I was fortunate enough to be able to jump to the tile ground behind it. I'm being pursued by an adversary. It was Yuu when I looked at him.
"That was close.", I said. He grinned at me before turning to Saki and giving her a nasty smile. Right now, I have no idea what's going on. Saki's expression is furious, and she exudes the atmosphere of a serial killer ready to s*******r a thousand people. I sprint as quickly as I can while keeping an eye on the two of them. Saki begins to sprint at a breakneck speed. I had no idea such speed could exist in the world. She begins to run at him, but he does not appear terrified and instead smiles as if he is defying Saki. She began shooting arrows at Yuu's steps on the tile ground, but Yuu is quite extraordinary and somehow avoids the missing tile grounds.
They're fantastic. It's mind-boggling to consider that Yuu doesn't have Saki's special blood and yet he can equal Saki's abilities. Saki continues to shoot arrows while he just laughs. They appear to be engaged in a tight battle in this game. She appears to be pretty upset with him, and not just because of the game; I suspect there is more to it. He pauses for a moment before preparing to shoot his arrow. He's taking a risk, and he has no idea how one mistake made by the other may lead to the other's death. Saki dodges many arrows with her remarkable jump and dash as he begins to shoot multiple arrows at a rapid pace.
Yuu's arrows are all the same speed, but there's something unusual about them. I'm not sure why I'm seeing this, but it's faster than the other arrows, and it's heading straight for the tiled ground where Saki would tread. Saki, I believe, will not be able to evade it and will fall into the void. Except for one shot that lands exactly on the tiled ground Saki is about to tread on, Saki manages to avoid all of the arrows. She won't have time to respond in time to prevent it, and her game will be over. She falls to the void as the tile ground vanishes. Yuu's estimation of his shots is remarkable and highly exact. He just fired a barrage of arrows at Saki to divert her attention.
Saki has been eliminated from the competition. Why would he do anything like that to Saki? I assumed they were acquaintances. Their friendship is quite difficult to comprehend. They are close at times and always clash at others. Yuu is unconcerned or remorseful at facing Saki in a battle. There are just 15 players left, and a large portion of the tile ground has vanished. Will I be able to jump high and sprint quickly? I need to focus and take a few deep breaths. I close my eyes and use my ears to try to sense my surroundings. I can hear footsteps, but they're getting slower now. As I close my eyes and try to hear them, I get the impression that everything is moving slowly. Their heartbeats and sweat dropping on the ground are audible.
"Feel it a little more, and then open your eyes," I said quietly to myself. When I opened my eyes, everything had returned to normal. My senses seem to be quite keen and robust right now. On my right, an arrow will strike the tiled ground! By darting to the left, I am able to avoid it. I felt it was a really swift shot, but I managed to escape it thanks to my keen instincts. Yuu is awestruck by me and smiles proudly, like a grateful brother. "That move is incredible," he exclaimed. "Thank you!" I shouted. In this game, there are only ten players left. The tile grounds now have a lot of gaps, and we have to leap from one tile ground to another on occasion.
My concentration and focus must be maintained. I have to conserve my energy. I'll be an easy target because I'm not very skilled at jumping, and shooting arrows at the tiled ground where I'll land will almost certainly lead me to tumble into the void. Some of the gaps in the tile grounds from one end to the other, in my opinion, are already difficult to jump over, unless you are Saki, who has a special aptitude for jumping. I'm still not shooting an arrow, and all I'm doing is running and running to dodge the missing ground tiles and stay alive. Is it possible for me to accomplish it? Will I be victorious in this game? Others appear to be preoccupied with assassinating one another. Yuu is also causing havoc by shooting people.
I keep a close check on Yuu. I'll have to keep an eye out for him. I may be his brother, but he appears to be putting up a good fight and isn't avoiding us just because we're buddies. If I become reckless, I will most likely share Saki's faith because of Yuu. He is someone who is close to me in this game right now, but he also has the potential to be one of my worst adversaries. He is also the strongest and most likely to win this game, in my opinion. He came close to becoming a legend, so it's not impossible for us to lose to him, and I don't believe he's planning to lose this time. He appears to be quite passionate and enthusiastic about this game, and he is eager to win.
I need to get over my fear. I need to be brave like him and show that I am capable of being someone. I need to show them that I can win without their support and even if they turn against me if I use my strength. I have to trust myself and overcome everybody that stands in my way! I didn't realize I was about to stumble into the void. I didn't notice that the ground was not tiled. I'm about to fall, and I need to think quickly. I'm thinking about so many things that I don't even realize I'm out of focus. Now I'm overthinking things. I'm trying to stay alive. I take a step to the side of the tiled floor, bend my knees, and create momentum to get up and stay alive.
I was on the verge of getting out there. I was only lucky that, as I was about to drop, I managed to touch my feet to the edge of the ground tile. At that time, I could feel a tremendous amount of electricity running through my legs. I'm still aware of an incomprehensible force coursing through my veins. My leg now feels like it can move very quickly. One of my opponents showers an arrow attack on me. How am I going to prevent it?! The arrows started hitting the ground tiles, but I couldn't just give up and try to evade them with everything I had. I'm quick, and I can't believe I was able to avoid all of those attacks. I return my gaze to all of the tiled areas that I have avoided with my jump and run. Yuu yelled at me, "Take a look in your direction! Focus! Jump! "
When I look over, I realize I've been cornered. There is no ground tile near me, so I'll have to leap a long distance to get to the next tile. I can't just stand here since the opponents will shoot at the tiled ground I'm standing on if I do so for too long. I'm unable to return at this time due to a lack of time. I'm just glad Yuu called out to me earlier, because if he hadn't, I would have already fallen into the void. Yuu exclaimed, "Jump!" I don't think I'll be able to jump that far and it will just be suicide. If I try to jump, I'll probably perish. The opponent's arrow is now pointed at the tile I'm on, and if I don't jump right now, I'll die with no difference.
Take a deep breath and allow all of this huge electricity to run through my legs before leaping! I take a deep breath, and I can now feel a surge of electricity coursing between my legs. This time, I'm not afraid at all, and all I know is that I need to believe in the power I have. I'm not sure where this powerful energy comes from. I knelt, as if I were doing a really high jump. I'm starting to feel the electricity in my feet. I jumped, and a powerful burst of energy propelled me even higher. I successfully landed on the next tiled ground. I feel like I'm expending too much energy, and I'm having trouble breathing. That was a tremendous leap.
My opponent frowns at me, as if he's annoyed that I'm still alive in this game. When he looks at me, I get the feeling he'll never stop aiming his weapon at me. I merely keep running and observing my surroundings, but my opponent continues to pursue me. Yuu remarked to my opponent, "Hey, stop playing around." Even though Yuu appears to be protecting me despite the fact that I am his opponent, I can't trust him this time. Perhaps he's just trying to make me feel at ease so that he can carry out his intentions and eliminate me. To get my opponent to stop chasing me, he began shooting arrows at him. There are just eight players left, all of whom are talented and proficient archers.
Yuu is now after him, and my opponent has stopped chasing me. It was all owing to Yuu that the boy who was chasing me came to a halt. If I just keep dodging and avoiding the attacks and voids, I'm not going to make it through this fight. To win this game, I must also assault my opponents. I'm not sure if I'll be able to repeat the incredible archery talent that I showed during Team Sky Wars. They refer to it as the lightning arrow, which is said to exist only in legends. Perhaps it is not the lightning arrow, but it bears a passing likeness to it. Because there are only a few ground tiles left and there are still six adversaries, I need to be more careful with my steps and jumps.
"There are only five people remaining in the game! Players, keep up the wonderful work! ", said the host. I need to take a chance and use my arrows and bow to confront my opponents right now. When I extend my bow, it begins to form an arrow. I can feel that my eyes are sharp. When I let go of the arrow and shoot at the tile ground, one of our opponents falls to the ground. "I did it," I said quietly to myself. I can't believe what I'm witnessing! I did it! Maybe it's just luck that my forecasts are so accurate. "Only four players remain!" exclaimed the host. Yuu is still alive and well, and all he does now is smile. He fires an arrow at the other opponent, causing it to fall into the void. "Time to get serious!" he exclaims as he begins to chuckle loudly.
Is he still not as serious as before? "Only three players remain!" exclaimed the host. I'm not going to be able to win this! He isn't always serious, but he is already doing well. "Prepare everyone!" he exclaimed. He begins shooting a large number of arrows, much like he did to Saki. I need to stay focused and avoid being sidetracked. I need to concentrate on my steps because a quick arrow may be aimed at my feet. The other player was knocked out by Yuu's strike and died. "There are only two players remaining! It's now a fight to the death! ", declared the host. I have little chance of beating him, but I don't have a choice. I'll give you the impression that I'm not frightened and that I'm ready to remove anyone, even if you're the stronger one.
I will not be defeated by you, even though you have God's might! I jump really high, and electricity can be seen around my legs. "Your legs... They're engulfed in electricity," he said. He's more expressive now, as though he's in awe of what he's seeing. He, too, jumps very high, and we both aim for the spot where the tile ground will fall on each of us. I keep firing until there is no tile ground on which he can tread as I bounce back to the ground tile behind him. "I guess it's my loss," he admitted as he accepted defeat. He dies as he descends into the void. I've won, but I still can't believe it. Is it possible that I will win, or am I just dreaming? The host shouted, "The game's champion! Fujin Takahashi! The new fighter on the rise is now at the tail of the lion! "
