Emily's POV
I took my bag and had everything settled immediately. I hung the clothes I'd brought along even though my wardrobe was already stacked with a lot of clothes, there were so many that I had no idea when I would wear some of them and the occasion when they would be necessary. I couldn't stop thinking about the contrast between Berton's world and mine.
He had grown up surrounded by this kind of luxury, while I had struggled just to get by. After I was done taking a look at my room, I decided to go to the music room and explore the options there. When I opened the door which was slightly ajar now, I couldn't stop smiling when I saw the grand piano in the center of the room. It was a beautiful piece and looking at it made my fingers itch to play.
