(Callum) I barely slept. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw her standing in that stairwell looking at me like she wanted answers I couldn’t give her. What do you want from me? I still didn’t know. That was the worst part. I knew what I wanted physically. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was everything else that came with it. The way she got into my head. The way my control disappeared around her. The way hearing her say she had a boyfriend felt a lot worse than it should have. I dragged a hand down my face as I stood in my kitchen staring at the untouched cup of coffee in front of me. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. I was a grown man losing sleep over a twenty-two-year-old student. A student. That word alone should’ve been enough to shut this entire thing down. Instead,
