I sat in my office and thought about how the conference in Paris ended on a sweet and bitter note for me.
It was sweet because I got to see and spend time with a different side of Maria. The side that wasn't uptight due to betrayals and battles from family and loved ones.
She was carefree, funny and most of all, a more confident side of her was unlocked. We made love a few more times and I enjoyed every single moment spent with her.
But the down side was Ailene's interference.
