I was very happy when I received a message from Maria stating that we should prepare for our first meeting with the wedding planner but the joy sooon dampened because she started giving one excuse or another.
It has been a week and I still haven’t gotten a reply from her regarding that nor has she even talked to me properly instead she was going around town with Pierre Laurent, all in the name of a work contract.
I had no reason to doubt that it was work. I believed Maria if she said that it was just work but I didn’t trust Pierre Laurent, and Maria just happened to be in the category of the type of women that Pierre likes.
