I waited until Sebastian left then picked up my phone and called Max Kidman.
“Max, we have a problem. Meet me at the club now. Also, come along with your daughter, Cassandra. I’d like to make a request of her and also ask her some questions concerning her last meeting with my son.”
The situation seemed to be getting out of hand and if I don't curb it now then I have a lot to lose. In fact, I will go down with the Kidmans because I know that Max will surely take his pound of flesh.
Cassandra's wedding to Sebastian was all that Max wanted to keep him quiet because if he had Sebastian as a son-in-law then there was no way he would go down and I won't have to go down with him.
