They drove past the town of Potchiv to the high point on the hill so that Michael could phone the local police and tell them there was a disaster at the dig site involving the students and professors. He gave his location so they could talk to him when they got there.
They then rushed back to the cottage where Bethany nervously waited. Bethany ran straight to Michael and hugged him. “I was so worried about you.”
“If Ceinwen hadn’t found us, we wouldn’t have made it,” he said.
