Accepting My Mate

Silent Treatment

     Jana's pov

I see the sunlight outside the window and wake up in the bed.Looking over the couch i see Rhydian asleep and remembered everything that happened yesterday.I could not believe my mate is so cruel, he was willing to let a kid die. That horrified me and worse angered me. Mumbling to my self i said I'm gonna show him what it means to be a mate and what it feels like to be ignored.The whole day a will remain silent and wont utter one word. Realizing i was sweating i decided to go to the shower and wash my body. Going in the tub i turned on the shower head using the soap to wash everything including my private parts. Then my hair got soaked with water and decided  it was time to wash my hair. Grabbing a bottle i noticed it was scented vanilla, I'm not really a fan of vanilla but it will have to do. Squeezing the shampoo in my hands i start scrubbing my head and rinsed everything off. I got out of the shower and in a towel then realized my mistake.In my my head oh Sh*t i can't believe i forgot my clothes. Theres knock on the door and i know its Rhydian. He starts talking i.. um got your clothes here... figuring you forgot them. I sigh and opened the door a crack to grab the clothes, for a split second i look him in his gorgeous brown eyes then closed the door keeping the promise to myself.He calls through the door what i don't get a thank you?! i shook my head i ignored him then got dressed. Like i said i hadn't said a word and Rhydian is obviously pissed. He would scream hello??!! I'm talking to you???!!! or god****t just open your  f**king mouth why don't you??!!. After awhile he gave up because he new i wouldn't listen. Some of the boys try to flirt with me but my mate would growl loudly to warn them i was his and his alone. The maids brought out all the foods for the feast and placed it on the table. There was very big steaks, turkey, pasta with meatballs, mashed potatoes, tortellini soup, fried chicken and salmon. I looked at the food like i was in heaven, unknowing to me i was drooling like a maniac and Rhydian scoffs then laughs at me. Looking at him i give him a glare til he stops. Finally everyone digs in when one of the maids say please enjoy the food everyone and gives a smile. I was finally full then noticed my mate going upstairs knowing he was going to bed. Getting up i walked to the stairs thinking these past few days have been horrible but tomorrow is a new day.
