A Party, and an Announcement
Melanie, Bree, and Marissa’s schedules called for them to return from their European visit late Thursday evening and I would be available after work, so they scheduled the party on Friday night when we would all be available to attend. Elise and Candace kept us posted as to what was going on with preparations at the restaurant. The organizers arranged for a nice little dance floor in the middle of the room with tables for two hundred people surrounding it. The chefs had their instructions for an excellent menu but with minor variations from dish to dish. They restocked the bar making it ready when Friday came.
