Mark’s POV I decided it was now best to head downstairs and leave Vignette to her thoughts. Vignette didn't come out of her room for hours. It had already gotten late, and she didn't even come out to grab dinner. Occasionally, I would hear a 'thump' or a 'thud' whenever she angrily threw random objects against the walls, but I remained sitting patiently downstairs. Sometimes you just had to let the fire fizzle out before you tried to touch it. This was one of those times. It was near late evening when Vignette finally decided to crawl out of her cave. I was sitting on the couch, watching t.v. when I noticed her walk out into the living room.
