05; ares would be proud
Chelsea's eyes glowed red as she threw her weight onto the King of Alphas. Some time as he was speaking, her wolf had broken free and she'd shifted into her wolf to yank apart the chains that have been restricting. her movement throughout her entire
stay
Within seconds, she was on top of alpha Valius and they were both on the ground her in wolf form and him in human form. His crown had fallen off his head and rolled to a corner. He let out an annoyed huff before throwing Chelsea off him roughly.
The moment her body left him and touched the dirty dungeon ground, he quickly got up from his lying position. All while glaring at Chelsea. "Don't fight me, rogue. Or I'll have to kill you, he warned.
Chelsea recovered from her fall and started to pace her grounds before the King, her sharp teeth baring. "submit to your king. Now," he commanded lowly, his eyes glowed gold. Not raising his voice nor making a nove at her. She growled loudly. He was not her
king.
Her nosepad twitched as she let out another deep growl. And without a warning, she pounced at him again. This time he was quicker to react: he shifted into his wolf as well. tearing his clothes in the process. He pushed Chelsea off with his forepaws to keep himself standing on
all fours.
From behind him, the dungeon keepers could be heard rushing forward towards the gate. Too loud, his alpha instinct noted. In an ambush attack, these warriors will be busted by now. He made a quick mind link to the dungeon keepers to back off and let him handle this. Leaving out the fact that he was dealing with their future Luna who has been locked up in the very cell for five days now. The two wolves were circling each other now, both mirroring each
other's expressions. Ugly snarls, low growls and fierce glares. Being bigger in size, Alpha Valius always had the advantage in a fight. He was king, after all, the strongest
of the wolves. Fighting the king was foolish, yet every now and then someone would like to try. This time, it was his mate. His wolf did not tolerate
disobedience. Signs of disrespect could never sit well with a king. His wolf felt threatened, but the mate bond between them was overwhelming
his rational thoughts. He could never feel entirely threatened by his mate. It was just impossible. A part of him didn't want
to hurt her either, so he didn't attack. But the rest of him itched to teach this restless female a lesson. Chelsea's paws dug into the layer dirt on the ground as she bent joints to prepare for a leap. Once again, she had thrown herself
of her onto the Alpha. This time, she went straight for his front leg. Jaws apart and teeth at their sharpest state, she bit down the moment his limb was between her Jaws The alpha groaned at the injury inflicted by his mate. He then shoved her body with his uninjured front leg and put his weight on her. He did not plan to hurt his mate, but that was under the idea that she was not going to hurt him either. Now that she had
successfully wounded him, it had
become a fair fight. Mates or not,
the king would never lose a fight,
He threw them onto the ground and
with her landing on the ground first.
Chelsea felt the hard impact as her back came in contact with the ground. Distracted by the bite, Alpha Valius had managed to sweep her off her feet with a push. As soon as her jans loosened around his injured leg, he pulled it back and rolled on top of her. They were back in the same position where they had first found themselves five days ago. With him on top and her back against the ground, both in wolf form, in close proximity.
The only difference was this time: they both knew better. They did not look each other in the eyes, they were not caught in the moment anymore. Chelsea's jaw was snapping aggressively, aimlessly attacking her opponent. She didn't care where she
could get, she just wanted blood.
Blood as red as her eyes at this very
mosent.
Alpha Valius growled loudly, his
front paws were forcing her to stop
thrusting from under him, and his
muzzle was constantly moving to avoid
her teeth. Abruptly, she swung her
body towards her left and rolled away from under him. He turned his direction and lunged at the closest part he could get, tearing the flesh on her side belly with his carnivorous teeth. Upon realisation, Alpha Valius suddenly felt a slight pain in his side. The mate bond was affecting hin by making him feel what he had done to her. He wanted to snap out of
this fight, but with one look at his
snarling mate, he knew she was not
about to stop any time soon.
The fight will continue until she
surrenders.
She tried her best not to whimper at
her pain, especially when the belly
was one of the most sensitive parts
of a wolf. As quickly as she could,
she got back up on her legs and leapt
at her mate.
Her attack was countered as soon as
she had leapt from her position.
Alpha Valius's jaw landed on her
exposed neck as he pressed them
both down onto the ground again.
His left front paw rise and pushed
Chelsea's head towards the side,
forcing the submission movement the
baring of the neck, with his teeth
positioned at the convenient opening
on her neck, he fixed her in place
underneath him again. This time, he
had managed to hold her down fully:
he was not about to let her escape
his hold again. His teeth were
digging into her skin so much that he
was causing a dent in her skin.
Very slowly, he penetrated his teeth
further into her skin; the gold in
his eyes shone more prominent than
ever. Under the fur, her skin broke
and his teeth pierced through her
flesh more and more with the passing
second. Her head struggled to shake
off the pressure on her neck, but it
was useless.
Alpha Valius was forcing his mark on
her in their animal forms. It wasn't
a tradition, it was brutality. In the
unconfortable moment, Chelsea could
feel all the men before the gate
tense up. They had audience. This
animalistic claiming moment was being
witnessed by others. Chelsea could
only feel her pride ripped off of her
like skin from the flesh.
He was collaring her with his beastly
bite in this stinky dungeon, Worst
of all, he was taking his time with
it. With every passing second, the
pressure put on her open wound
Increased ever so slightly. She
whimpered softly underneath.
Had she thought she was facing a
mortal challenge as a goddess, she
had been so wrong, she thought to
herself. He was no mortal beang,
he was the monster one who used
brutality to force submission.
Her body trembled under his hold, not
from fear but defeat.
The bite was going to leave a scar
on both her wolf and human form. She
would have to carry this burden and
shame for life, whether she becomes
his nate or not in the end.
Once his teeth had fully purged her
flesh, he pulled them out swiftly.
Chelsea couldn't help but arched her
body backwards at the action. The
tension in her flesh relaxed as his
teeth withdrew, He made a point to
lick the massive wound he had created
on her so as to prevent infection.
Scarring was unavoidable, he thought
to himself, feeling slightly
apologetic to her. But she was
testing the King, and his animal was
not in the mood for games, Actions
came with consequences, from where
they played.
A punishment left ungiven only leaves
future that promised a tragedy.
She had to learn her place as a rogue
and as a wolf. The king will always
be respected.
while the wounds may heal over time
and the scars may fade, the look in
her bright red eyes promised regret.
It was not her regret, but his
Instead. And he knew, she would be
filled with hatred, and forgiveness
would not be on her mind any time
soon.
Good thing, he could not care less
about her forgiveness,
a/n:
This is my first author's note for
the past five chapters and I would
just like to address a few things
while we're in this chapter. As you
might have just read, this book is
not going to be your typical mates
story.
Valius and Chelsea are as much mates
as every other werewolves blessed by
the moon goddess. Both of them have a
past that not many know about, they
are both closed off because of it. It
takes time to warm up to a stranger
so it will take time for them to warm
up to each other as well, mates or
not.
I believe in the animal kingdom,
as much as adoration and care is
present, roughness should be a given.
It is unavoidable and quite frankly,
necessary. That's why we chose to
read werewolves and not humans after
all. So yes, mates will fight,
friends will fight and injury will be
caused but all will be well.
I will not say more than I already
have so I will leave things as that.
Thank you for reading this, Again.
I've hope you have enjoyed it so
far. Please show me your support by
leaving a like in the chapters and
commenting your thoughts down at the
side.
Golden and red,
vina reign.
