The car ride home was akward to say the least. He could sense her anger and confusion. All he wanted to do was take it all away. It would be a long time before she fully accepted all of this he thought.  She had so much to learn about what she is and then to go and put the role of being a Luna on top of it all, was too much to ask. It broke his heart that his mate was unknowing to her true self. Stopping infront of her house he parked his car and turned it off. She wasn't going to be happy about it but he wasn't planning on leaving her here alone for the night. He had just said it to get her out of that house, he knew she would suffocate and that that would cloud her judgement. Getting out of the car she stares blankly at him, "Uhm? You're leaving remember?" There's that tone again. He'll be very happy when her wolf finally shows up and teaches her her role. Until them it was up to him. Dizziness, struggling to breathe, you even passed out and all I did was go into the other room. I'm not trying to be a prick here ok?" She doesn't say anything but gets out the car and starts toward the front door.  This is not how he'd imagine his first 3 days with his Luna going. In his mind this honeymoon phase would play out differently.  Now he would have to wait 11days before he could mark her and mate with her. This was going to be challenging. As he gets out of the car and follows her in the house his phone rings. Jim Walker. "Urgh" he doesn't have the patience. "Jim?" He answers,  Lilly doesn't react to her father's name she walks slowly to her kitchen and starts looking through cupboards. Clayton closes the front door behind him and slips out of his shoes while Jim rambles into his ear. "Alpha,  I just thought you should know she is a runner, I mean she runs away when ever things get sticky, she's done this many times before, please just, uhm I mean, just don't leave her tonight. I know she'll run. " He was standing with his arm crossed over his waist the other with his phone to his ear as he was staring at her ass. She was frantically looking for something. "Yeah, ok I got it. I'll be careful. Thank you for the heads up. I'll stay in touch." He hung up and went over to his mate, he could sense her distress. "Lilly, what are you looking for, baby?" She doesn't answer instead she slams the cupboard she was looking in shut and turned to start looking in the next one. She looked confused and a little crazed. He needed to help her feel better.
