The nurse came in with new, copper core restraints that fit snuggly around my wrists, neck and ankles. The bands had a thin plastic coating, so they didn't burn, but they did prevent me from shifting into my werebear. I lay on the cot like a rag doll while the ugly b.itch checked me over.
