NOT long after, Leaf Avery joined their conversation. The two of them watched intently as Thalia summoned Langua in his spirit form, awe written plainly across their faces. Thalia herself was still stunned; this was only the second time she had done it, and she could hardly believe she could summon a spirit at all. “Isn’t it strange?” Thalia tilted her head to the side. “He was supposed to appear the way he first showed himself to me, and yet… this.” The sight of Langua manifesting in an entirely different form left her both confused and fascinated.
