"She's got the eyes of innocence, the face of an angel, the personality of a dreamer and a smile that hides more pain than you can ever imagine." His Broken Mate ___________________________________________ Angelina Luciano: My body was giving up on me, the silver bullet went straight, piercing into my lower abdomen. I took the last few steps I could muster before falling onto my knees. I felt weak and vulnerable, my wolf hated me for being this weak, but what could I possibly do? I was both mentally and physically exhausted. My life had been.......Rough; you can say, it was the worst one could imagine. It lacked any type of love or warmth and all that was in me was this cold empty feeling. Tears clouded my vision. I tried, tried to hold them in but I couldn't. It was raining, more like a storm. The raindrops made sure to wash away my tears. I didn't even have the power to cry, I was completely and entirely drained. I now lay on the cold, hard and wet ground, surrounded by my own blood, shivering out of fear as I felt footsteps approaching me from a distance. 'This is it', I thought, 'I'm going to die'. ' I'm going to be free from this hell of a life, I'm dying.' My wolf did not object this time, unlike the other times she would motivate me to live and think positively. She'd probably accepted the fact by now that I'm a wimp, a stupid weak mutt werewolf born with no purpose at all. I felt myself slipping out of consciousness as I gladly welcomed the darkness, falling asleep into a deep sleep. One that I wasn't sure I was even going to wake up from.
