“Woah! Easy there, buddy!” Carmel said to Calamity when it felt the added weight of Isabell, “I know she’s mean but she meant no harm, promise.”
The horse neighs to which made Isabell grew frustrated, “how can you two understand each other?!” She yelled.
“It’s what you call,” Carmel did a dramatic pause before continuing, “talent.”
Isabell deadpanned at her, “no, that’s barely a talent. That’s idiocy.”
“Don’t be mean.” Carmel said as she held Isabell’s waist closer to her chest for safety, “here we go.”
