Levi did not need to see the person closely to know that it is Mori.
“If he’s here then what happened to Carmel?” Krux inquired, because it is clear to his memory that they left him with her at the café to ensure his security.
The new comer werewolf heard his question, thus he politely answered him, “Oh the blondie? She’s not dead, but I’m not sure if she’s still alive…” he chuckles at his own silly retort which made the twin to widen their eyes form his statement
“What the hell did you say?!” They hollered out in unison from bewilderment.
