Andrew and Parker emerged through the woods, with Lance the tied up and marching submissively between them. When he saw Caleb hovering protectively over Eudora's still form, he swore violently and yelled, "You traitor!" Caleb stared at him calmly. "The problem with you, is that you don't recognize a true alpha." After another torrent of cussing and abuse, Parker took out a dirty handkerchief and stuff it in Lance's mouth. "Ah, better."
