Last week, I asked to know everything about myself, my past, my relatives, my duties and of course my abilities. At first I was shocked by the news about myself. Now I feel good about myself. Alki is always there to guide me and takes control when I can't. Amelie and Oliver, every time they were near me, I could feel the strong aura of Alki around me and their weakest wolves. Always bowing their heads and Alki enjoys it very much what I can say. At school things were almost the same, but with some differences. Charlie tried to push me into the lockers. Alki grunted and tried to take control, but Oliver came and pushed her away from me and threatened to never touch me again. Alki was very proud of him. Every afternoon they'd come to my house, to the big yard, and they'd train me. How to fight like a wolf or a human being. How to use Alki's abilities or transformation that doesn't hurt so much anymore. This afternoon I was defiantly the old me. I was on the ground embracing myself in pain. Alki was waiting for me to let her take control, but I didn't. I want to beat Amelie on my own. I put my hands in fists and put them on the ground. I felt the energy of the ground when I touched it for the first time in my life. I turned my head to Amelie. I can feel her fear for a reason.  I got up on my feet. I brought my fists to protect my face as they taught me. I noticed a beautiful wavy purple flame around my fists. But it didn't hurt me. It just made me feel stronger with the energy around me. I moved fast at superhuman speed and tried to hit her with my fists. She blocked them and smiled at me. I thought of something for help. Suddenly a root of the tree next to me tore the earth and began to climb and wrap itself in her. She started panicking and yelling at me to stop. I couldn't hear her, all I could hear and feel running through my cells was the energy of the tree and the earth. And a spell that turned around my mind and made me feel strong. Luckily, Alki took control of me and forced me to stop. I let my hands fall on my ribs and the roots retreated at the same time. Amelie was in shock, and so was I. Oliver was looking at us with wide open eyes and a frightened face. "What was that?" Amelie asked, breathing heavily and quickly. "I'm so sorry, I don't know what's going on." I tried to explain myself, but she was pretty upset with me. She broke into the house and we followed her with Oliver. "You must never lose control. You could have killed your guard. Watch out, princess." Alki yelled at me, and the worst part is, she was right. I sat on the counter in the kitchen with them.  "What happened out there, Hope?" "I don't know Amelie, I listened to you, and then everything was blurry, but I felt myself. I could hear the energy of the ground and all the nature around me. I am sorry. Alki saved your life." I'm useless. What kind of princess is trying to kill her own people? "It was a mistake. Don't be so yourself. Alki's comforting voice in my head made me feel better. "Come on, you haven't tried me yet," Oliver said, while grabbing me by the arm. "No, Oliver, I can't do this. I'm not going to hurt you. You saw what happened to Amelie." I turned around and saw Amelie's face. She was holding an ice bag to her head and her bruised leg. "I'm much stronger and trained than she is. I'm one of the royals' guards. Just try me!" Oliver said slyly and smiled. I don't know, but I can trust him on this, something's changed in him, too. "Look at his eyes," Alki said, and I took a better look at Oliver's eyes. The dark ocean blue eyes had a dark silver frame. "The silver frame means he's in the royal guard. He's been your personal guard since the day he was born. That was his purpose, to keep you safe at all costs," Alki explained. I followed Oliver back to the backyard. He bowed his head first and then took a combat position. His eyes are brighter and more threatening. I gave him a smile and let him come first.  He was too fast, kicked and punched me multiple times. I moved away from some and blocked some. He smiled sarcastically. "Don't let him distract you." Alki advised me. I noticed that his eyes are getting darker, which means he's going to be transformed soon. I felt the energy around me again the same spell turning in my head. I put my hands up and looked at them. The same beautiful wavy purple flame was there. I shook my arms circularly in front of me and moved them in Oliver's direction. A big strong wave shot through my hands. It hit him and threw him away from his spot. Wow! I thought, and I muttered, too. He got up on his feet and Amelie looked at us, once at him and once at me. I heard his bones break, his light brown wolf with dark blue eyes appeared looking at me. I was able to bring my magic power together with Alki's abilities. My eyes turned silver, my fangs came out, my hands surrounded by this beautiful purple flame with my claws out. I believe I'm in full force now I can feel everything. The energy of nature, the strong aura of Alki and the weakness in Oliver's wolf.  "This is going to be easy." I said, and I moved on to the wolf in front of me. He grunted his teeth hard as I grabbed his neck and pushed him. He struggled to get out of my grip. I let him go, and I looked at him. He's furious, I can feel it! He attacked me again and bit my hand hard. That spell on my head is still coming back. "Aphektoum." Cried! A wave frees itself from my hands and hit Oliver. He grunted in pain. Amelie ran, knelt down and protected him with her body from me. I was shocked to see her. I immediately returned to my normal self and approached them. "Oliver, are you all right?" Asked. "What a silly question, don't you think?" Alki was fighting sarcastically with me. I cut the connection with her. He changed in his human form when I hit him. I helped Amelie cover his body, and we moved him to the couch. I brought her a towel and some ice. "Is he going to be okay?" I asked Amelie, and she seems worried. "Yes, he'll be fine. You're getting stronger day by day. We have to go to the castle, the instructors will be more effective for you. We can't stay here anymore," Amelie said looking at Oliver. "What's wrong with you two?" I asked her.  "Remember when I told you about the wolves they love for life. He's the One for me. So if anything happens to him, I can feel it and he can feel me. I felt his terror when the wave hit him and I became the shield from you. It was my reaction to what I felt." She explained to me and I found myself sad about what I've done. "I'm sorry, I didn't know. I'm still learning how to control these powers." "Next week we leave. He'll be healed in the next couple of days. And you will meet your pack, your clan and the kingdom of wizards." Amelie said, and I felt stressed. What if they don't like me? What if I'm weak for them? What if I hurt one of them? "Relax, it's going to be okay. You're going to be fine. I promise." Alki comforted me and made me feel confident. It's going to be okay.
