I sat there, drenched in someone else’s blood, but my mind was trapped in the past. The world feared me—Abhiyansh Rana, The Dragon King—a name that held power, dominance, and merciless destruction. No one dared to stand against me. Yet today, I was battling something even I couldn’t control—a memory.
A little girl’s laughter echoed in my head, piercing through my very soul.
"Avyu!"—that’s what she used to call me.
Her innocent voice, her giggles, the way her tiny hands used to clutch my fingers… But now, there was only silence. A deafening, unbearable silence.
I clenched my head between my hands, my chest heaving. Tears burned down my face, but something far stronger ignited within me—vengeance.
"No matter what it takes, I will find you."
I grabbed my phone and dialed the only person I could trust blindly—Robert.
"I need your help." My voice was steel.
"Say the word, boss."
"Find everything about a missing girl from twenty years ago. Her name was Avika. She lived in Awasthi Ashram, and she used to call me ‘Avyu.’ Every record, every trace—I want it all."
"I’m on it, sir." Robert ended the call, already setting things in motion.
But I wasn’t just relying on one person. I gathered my most trusted team—Robert, Laila, and John—inside my high-tech control room. Giant screens covered the walls, displaying live feeds from around the world. The air buzzed with intensity.
"From this moment, we have a new mission." My voice cut through the silence.
Laila frowned. "What mission, sir?"
"We find a girl who disappeared twenty years ago."
They exchanged stunned glances. No one expected me—a man feared by the underworld—to chase a missing girl’s trail.
"Where do we start?" John asked.
"Dig through every deal, every crime syndicate, every underground network. We need to know who had power back then."
And then, we found a lead—Lucifer Group.
A name that sent chills through even the worst criminals. They were the ones who raided Awasthi Ashram and took those girls.
"We need to get to Lucifer."
Laila shook her head. "That’s impossible, sir. He only meets people at his elite parties. And… well, you two aren’t exactly on friendly terms."
I smirked darkly. "Send him a message—'The Dragon King is coming. This is your last chance to save yourself.’"
John obeyed. The message was sent.
Three Days Later – Lucifer’s Island
The private jet landed on an isolated island, surrounded by nothing but thick jungle. This was Lucifer’s fortress, the place from where he ran his billion-dollar empire of crime.
As I stepped inside his lavish mansion, Lucifer was already waiting in his grand living room, swirling a glass of whiskey. He looked up and smirked.
"The Dragon King himself… I heard meeting you is like playing with fire. Tell me, what brings you here?"
I didn’t waste time. "I need information about a girl who went missing twenty years ago."
Lucifer threw his head back and laughed. "A man like you, looking for a lost girl? That’s rich."
I met his gaze, cold and unyielding. "Give me what I need, or I’ll burn your empire to the ground."
The amusement vanished from his face. He leaned forward, voice lowering. "That girl… she wasn’t taken randomly. She was stolen as part of a bigger plan. The ‘Elite Group’—the world’s most powerful and dangerous men—took her. She might still be alive, but I don’t know where."
I processed his words carefully. "I need names and locations."
Lucifer hesitated, then waved his hand. A man brought in an old file. "This is all I have. But be warned—these people are untouchable. If you go after them, you’re as good as dead."
I took the file and stood up. "If she’s alive, I’ll find her. And if she’s not…" I looked him dead in the eye. "I’ll burn every last one of them to the ground."
As I boarded my jet, the file clenched in my hand, I looked up at the sky and whispered,
"This isn’t just about one girl anymore. This is about every innocent soul that monsters like them have destroyed."
The fire inside me burned brighter than ever. This wasn’t just a mission anymore.
This was war.
