Training with the girls

Matt's POV

I still don't understand how I never noticed her or even knew about her.

Almost every cheerleader on the team had thrown themselves and their little cake faces at me and yet, I had never met the head cheerleader.

How the f**k had I managed that?

I stood listening to Mason when the cheerleaders all walked or more like strutted out of the locker rooms.

My eyes followed Alissa as she ran onto the field and tackled shanice.

Her black speandex shorts and blue crop top which matched the school colours hugged her curves in all the rig-

"f**k Brody." I snapped.

"Dude do you even know what we just said or were you too busy staring at Lissa?" he smirked making me slam my fist into his stomach in the same place Alissa did winding him for the second time that day.

"s**t!" he weased.

"You two were f*****g made for wach other." he said collapsing while clutching his stomach.

I chuckled and took a last look at Alissa before turning to face my asshole of a best friend.

"Let's go Sharks!" Coach called.

"HURRY YOUR ASSES UP! WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY MY WIFE US MAKING LASAGNE FOR DINNER AND I'M HUNGRY!" Coach boomed across the field making some of the new cheerleaders wince while the rest were already used too it.

Coach was actually not that much older than us. In his early twenties with a beautiful wife named Megahn who he married last year. He makes regular visits to the gym and it shows judging by how the girls stare at all of us, coach included.

He had us huddle together and moved us to our give places for the new formation when we heard a whistle and eighteen cheerleaders run around the pitch with Lissa writing on a clipboard and Shay holding a stop watch.

"Last five people back here after the second lap has to run five more!" Shay shouted and they all sped up.

"You better move your pretty little asses, we still have drills!" Lissa said with a bored look on her faces.

"Nice work girls! Fancy drilling these guys too?" Coach shouted which was instantly met with protests from Ry and Jake.

"Please coach." Jake begged.

"Don't do it coach, those two are evil when it comes to drills. The first time we offered to do drills with them we could barely move for a week."Ry pleaded.

"Perfect. What do you say girls, three weeks free of gym classes for a training session with the boys?" he offered.

"Sure thing coach and say hi to wifey." Lissa said smirking at us.

"Anytime and anyone who gives these lovely ladies a hard time is doing two hundred suicides tomorrow morning before dawn." he warned before walking off and leaving us with the little devils.

"You guys will be doing the same routine that the girls are. Give us five laps around the track and the last five back get an extra five. Got it?" Shay asked.

We all nodded.

"Then why the hell are you all still here, fastest time gets a reward." Lissa put her thumb and index finger in her mouth and let loose a piercing whistle.

We took off with Jake, Ryland and I in the lead.

~~~~Four laps later~~~~

"How are you guys not dead yet?" Brody weases.

"I know Matt runs five miles every morning but those girls are brutal. I saw the cheerleaders doing push-ups and suicides and the others who came last are still running." He continued.

"To call them savage is an understatement but they are also the reason the school has won the last three cheer champs in a row. They make us get up every morning at 4 to run five miles and another after school." Jake huffs.

"We have for the last 3 years so we're just used too it but this is them going easy on us. Wait till someone is stupid enough to try and escape training." Ryland shuddered subconsciously touching his hair.

"What happened?" Brode asked scared.

"Let's just say that I went too bed with a head full of hair and woke up with a buzz cut." he whispered peeking at his dark hair.

I watched as we started approching the girls again and the looked at us with approval.

"Good work boys, we're so proud that you didn't embarrass us." Shay smirked and turned too Lissa.

"So, what is our reward?" Ry asked.

"Something you and Jake get everyday." Lissa smirked and she and Shay had the four of us line up.

They stood infront of Brody and Shay ducked left and Lissa ducked right.

The girls both placed a kiss on his cheeks before moving too Mase.

"For you Ella will join us."

Ella joined the girls soon after having finished her push-ups and while Shay and Lissa kissed his cheeks, she pecked his lips and went back.

They both did the same to Ryland and Jake before they stopped at me.

My entire body froze when Alissa stood on her toes and her soft lips came in contact with the skin at the corner of my mouth.

Damn, she did that on purpose.

She pulled away and quickly smirked at me before they moved too clock in the rest of the team.

Lissa called over at the cheer squad too take a half an hour break making all of them collapse on grass whether they were going suicides or push-ups but the ones running had too keep going, all before running back too us.

"Rob, Amron, Jax, Mark and Jamie!" Shay read out making all the guys look at her.

"Get going on your extra five laps. Amy, Jayden, Kezia, Pheobe and Jessica could use the company " she said.

"The rest of you, I want lined up in rows of seven! Give me a hundred push-ups!" Lissa called clapping as the others ran.

"Why the f**k should we?" Amron snapped looking her up and down.

Alissa glared at him and I saw a few people wince.

"What did you just say too me you Asshole?" Lissa asked dangerously quiet.

"I asked why the f**k I should listen to a little b***h like you?" he repeated and she simply laughed.

"Awwwww is the big bad jock upset because little me rejected your sorry ass in third period?" she pouted.

This ass made a move on her?

"Get over it. Firstly, you need too stop acting like you're all that because that s**t won't work on me. Secondly, I'm in charge just as much as your captain over there is-" she pointed at me.

"-don't piss me off unless you want to find out how much of a b***h I really can be. You're playing my game now and I don't lose." She glared and he looked up at me which made me shoot him a pissed warning look.

He huffed and started running on the track.

"Good job babe" Shay said giving Alissa's ass a hard smack, making her squeal at the contact and me blink at the sound.

"Shanice, I will bite you if you do that again and not in the fun way." she glared making her best friend turn around and wiggle her ass.

"Be my guest babe." she winked making Jake laugh and Ry snort.

"You guys too? Ok."

I loved the look of mischief glowing in her eyes.

"Listen up you guys. When we were seven, we went too the beach and Shay thought it would be funny to prank the boys so we p-" Ryland instantly slapped her mouth closed with his hand and pull her hands behind her but the red blooming on his cheeks was unmistakable.

"We found two crabs and decided that it would be a goo-" Shay was cut off too by Jake and he too blushed.

I looked down and noticed that it was nearly time for Liv to be picked up.

I turned too a very amused Mason and tapped my watch.

"Lissa, Matt has to leave soon for a bit." he said.

"How come?" she tilted her head too the side a bit making me sigh.

I rubbed my forehead before nodding my head at Mase and Shay which she caught on too and motioned for Lissa to follow me.

"Mason and I can watch these guys, you go and hurry back." the former spoke.

We hopped into my car and I drove off to Liv's elementry school with a puzzled Alissa.
