Sighing again, I knew really well that it would take a long time for Maeve to warm up to me again, she never warmed up to me to start with.
Laughing, I made my way up the stairs, my mind conflicted with tons of thoughts and just when I came to my senses, when I realized my legs were drifting towards Maeve’s room, I paused.
