Half an hour later, I’m parked outside of Blair’s house. Thane drove me over here after explaining to Nadine that I’d finally come to my senses. She laughed and hugged me hard. It was then I realized she and Thane were in it together. I wanted to be mad, but I couldn’t; I was grateful to them. I am grateful to them.
“I feel a bit sick.”
“Don’t be nervous. You love Blair, and he loves you. Just go in there and tell him that everything will be okay. Then have lots of make-up se.x...”
“Pig!” I laugh while slapping his bicep and instantly wishing I hadn’t; I almost broke my hand.
After kissing Thane’s cheek and taking the spare key from his hand, I make my way to the front door. My entire insides feel like they’re trying to push their way out of my butt!
