Three years later.
I love days like this. Friends and family are over at my house for a summertime barbecue. Kids are playing in the swimming pool, and my husband is in there with them, catching our son, equipped with a life jacket, as he jumps off the side of the pool and into his daddy's arms.
My baby sister, my nephew, and my nieces are all swimming. My mother, sister, and sister-in-law, Jenna and Sarah, too. My brother, father, brother-in-law, Brandon, Benton, Jude, Vance, Kody, and his wife, Selina, are all crowded around the barbecue, drinking beer and cooking.
Bonnie, Haley, and I are too pregnant to do either thing. That's why we're lounging on sun loungers, watching our kids having fun.
