I sprinted out of the office as I heard Wyatt say something else to Victoria’s brother, but I was too desperate to get to my mate to bother focusing on what he was saying.
“Back up or she dies.” Were the only words I heard as the kitchen came into view and I saw the back of the omega as she held Brook in her arms.
My body burned with anger as I fought to keep Cobalt down. “I’m fūcking killing her.” He growled as he tried clawing his way out.
