I gasped because the idea of the gift looked completely beautiful to me. Also, I’d tease Luke about it as soon as we get home. It was a best friend necklace. Jules thought the idea of Luke wearing half and I, the other, would be amazing.
The locket is silver but has a grey touch to it. It’s also love-shaped which I found cute. “Thanks, Jules". I nudge Luke in his stomach for him to say thanks. He raises his head and mumbles thanks to Jules.
We go to the park with Jules and some days, we forget she’s really old. One of those days being today. We get ice cream and other sweet things, taking pictures and stuff. Mostly, we talk about our lives and the different dramas going on in them.
We drop Jules off at the bakery and she kisses us goo
