Assassin’s Betrayal

Chapter 6

Hades POV

I woke up early today to see about getting some work done before our meeting today. I also forgot to contact my parents to let them know that I found my mate. I know my parents has been pushing me to chose a mate, but I couldn’t find it in me to do that. I spent the next hour doing some pack work when my phone starts ringing. I reached for my phone and saw that it was my dad.

“What’s up Pop?” I say to my dad.

“Hey son…your mom and I are coming for a visit…we have great news for you.” My dad says to me sounding excited about whatever it is he wanted to say. I took this opportunity to let him know that I had something to tell him also.

“Well dad. I have sone great news as well…I just know you and mom will Love it.” I stated.

“What is it son you sound completely different then normal…go ahead and tell me your news I don’t think I will be able to wait with you sound like this.” My dad always seems to know me better than my own mom.

“So I wanted to tell you both that I found my mate…Dad she is amazing she is the perfect mate for me. The moon goddess new what she was doing when she paired us together.” I tell my dad.

“Oh wow son I am so happy for you that great. I will let your mom know immediately.” My dad says to me.

“Dad, what’s going on…..what was the news you had for me?” I asked him. For some reason I have a bad feeling about this.

“Well Hades, your mom and I was going to tell you that we found you a chosen mate and was going to have you to meet her but I think it was for nothing we will just cancel the arrangement and come home to meet your fated mate.” He says to me.

At this point I have became enraged at them, every time they call me it the same thing over and over. I have told them countless times that I would only be with my fated mate and I meant it. Them doing this behind my back just pissed me and my wolf off entirely.

“Dad, what the hell was you and mom thinking I have told y’all countless times that would not accept anyone but my fated mate as my female alpha!!!” I yelled into the phone, letting my dad hear the anger and hurt in my voice.

“I’m sorry son your mom and I was just looking out for you and the pack. No worries we will just cancel the arrangement and go from there.” He says to me.

“Look Hades I am truly happy for you and we will see you in two days.” He stated to me.

“Ok dad see ya.” I sighed and ended the call with my dad.

Ugh what the hell was they thinking doing something like this I would need to talk to Luna about this when she gets up. One can only hope she doesn’t leave me behind this mess. I decided to get back to work and then once I am done I will go make breakfast for Luna. While I was working and getting done with the last little bit of paperwork that was left, the pack slut Kimmy walks into my office wearing the same outfit Luna wore last night. My only thought was “Is this b***h wearing my mate’s clothes?” as she walks closer to my desk. She opens her f*****g mouth.

“Hades, baby I forgive you.” She keeps talking. “I know you was only trying to make me jealous.” She says to me. I look at her and I tilt my head slightly to the right. This b***h can’t be serious right. I should have let Luna kill her the other night.

“Kimmy, I am going to tell you this one last time, it’s over I have already found my mate!” I growled lowly at her.

She looked at me like I was just another meal for her to devour. f**k this I am not about to lose my mate over this b***h. So, I just did the only thing I knew to do and that was to mind link Luna to let her know exactly what was happening.

“Babe I know you might be sleeping right now…but Kimmy is in my office wearing your clothes from last night trying to seduce me.” As soon as I finished I decided to leave my link open just in case something happened and I wanted Luna to be aware of what was happening and what was being said.

“Hades baby I know you found your mate I have just been waiting for you to realize that it was me and not this random b***h you brought home.” Kimmy says to me.

“Kimmy you have ten seconds to get out of my office and my mate’s clothes.” I growled at her.

She then proceeds to start the walking slowly towards me and when she reaches me, I look towards the door, and it is standing wide open and Luna is standing there watching everything unfold. And that is when I suddenly felt Kimmy’s lips on me and I started to see red and growled, but before I could do anything. Luna was on her in a flash.

Luna POV

I was having a peaceful sleep one I have not had in a long time until I got a link from Hades and what he had said made my blood boil and I was out for blood. I have to say that Hades was being smart he left his link open, and I heard everything that was going on between him and that fake ass barbie. I got out of bed took me a hot quick shower and put on my all-black assassin outfit, made sure I have me kunai and other weapons because I was going to kill a b***h. I calmly walked down the stairs towards Hades’s office and open the door wide open. What I saw had me seeing red and next thing I knew I had Kimmy by her throat against the wall.

“You must be one delusional b***h…to come in here to seduce MY MATE.” I growled at her. I dragged her out the house by her hair. I feel her clawing at my hand screaming.

“LET ME GOOO YOU STUPID b***h…..HADES PLEASE HELP ME.” Kimmy screams out.

“HADES IF YO ASS COME OUT HERE TO HELP THIS b***h YOU GOING TO BE NEXT.” I growled at him.

“Babe I am not helping that b***h…do with her as you wish I just want to watch.” Hades says to me.

I toss her by her hair to the front yard and when I let go of her, some of her hair was tangled in my hand. I looked at it and shook my hand to get the hair off of it and scoffed.

“Ugh…I hope this s**t don’t give me lice.” I say to her “You nasty b***h I should have put yo ass down the other night and I would not have had to deal with yo shit.”

“You b***h you pulled out my hair…I challenge you for the right as Hades mate.” She screams at me.

I laughed and was itching to put her on her ass again and banish her out of the pack for good.

“Luna what the hell is going on what is this b***h talking about?” Belle says to me.

Shit I had completely forgot about Belle being here looks like we will have to that talk about everything before we have that meeting but after I get rid of the damn c*m rag.

“Belle we will explain everything after I deal with this man stealing b***h ok…Just no matter what you see just please don’t be scared. It will break my heart.” I say to her.

“I promise Luna, now show that b***h she messed with the wrong one.” Belle says.

I turn to look at Kimmy and tilt my head and laughed at her.

“Honey you couldn’t handle me on my worse day…but if it’s a challenge you want find I accept the challenge.” I say.

“I will be the ref for this fight then.” Hades says.

“You can shift or stay in human form. No kill shots. Fight!!” He continues “Luna you better be careful.”

I just look at Kimmy as she gets into her fighting stance, and I know the best way to get her to lose her cool is by taunting her getting her mad enough to strike first.

“Kimmy you know I let him mark me last night right…I must say it was the most euphoric feeling I have every had in my life.” I knew that would do it.

She charged at me as I did a quick step to the right out the way. She turned around and started to shift into her wolf. Out the corner of my eyes I can see Belle’s expression, but I couldn’t tell if it was from shock or being surprised. I needed to end this and be there for my best friend for when she finds out the truth about me and pray, she doesn’t stop being my friend because of it.

I then let Gemini take over and shift into my white wolf.

“Gemini put an end to this quickly…I need to explain everything to Belle she is the only thing I am worried about right now.” I say to Gemini.

“I got you Luna just sit back and watch me work.” Gemini says to me.

As Kimmy’s wolf ran towards us Gemini jumps out the way, grabs her by the tail, and slings her into a tree. Once she hits the tree you can hear the sickening crack on one of her bones breaking. I mean not that I cared anyway. While she was down Gemini goes and bites down on her neck to immobilize her. Gemini is growing at her for her to submit. Kimmy is struggling to get up and eventually she stops trying and gives up. Gemini backs up and walks over to Hades and sits down. We shift back into our human form and cling to Hades.

“Kimmy for your disrespect for your Alpha and female Alpha you are hereby banished from this pack and will not be allowed back into this pack or any of our allied packs.” Hades says to her.

I watch as Kimmy gets up and runs off into the forest. I turn to look at Belle and I can see she is trembling with fear as her eyes looks at me. My eyes starts to tear up. Belle then runs up to me and hugs me like I would disappear from her.

“b***h I am so mad at you right now…you must tell me everything and leave nothing out.” Belle says. “I am not going to lie I am scared but I have an open mind about everything in the world. So, I will not run and hide or judge you.”

“Oh my god…Belle I am so sorry for keeping this from you I was just scared you would run from me and end our friendship…you are like a sister to me.” I cried for the first time in an exceptionally long time. We walk back to the house and into the living room to explain everything to Belle. In the living room its just me, Belle, Hades, and Seth. The only reason that Seth is here with us is because Belle is his mate.

“Belle I know you said that you will keep an open mind but after I explain everything to you if you decide to leave and have nothing to do with me I will understand completely.” I say to her.

“Luna I will not go anywhere you are the only family I have left. I will be wherever you are.” Belle says as she pulls me into a hug.

“Belle to make a long story short. I was an assassin, well I still am just a loner, Hades turned me into a wolf after finding me half dead on a roof top.” I continue. “Hades is also my soulmate and Seth is your soulmate.” I exhale and was relieved that I don’t see Belle running for the hills.

“Wow…just…wow…I literally am at a lost for words.” Belle says.

I look at Belle to see that she is just looking at me with her eyes wide not really saying a word. I am starting to get nervous, and I can see out the corner of my eyes I can see that Seth is getting nervous as well.

“Belle, please say something, I know this is all sudden, but you are my mate and I will do anything for you.” Seth says as he gets down on his knees in front of her.

“Belle say something please.” I say to her.

“Seth, I would love to get to know you better and I feel like my place in this world is by Luna and your side.” Belle says.

Seth instantly gets up and kisses Belle and spins her around as she laughs. I am so happy for her and Seth as well. Once he sets her back down I get up and go to hug her with everything in me.

“So will I be able to turn into a wolf too…that would be awesome.” Belle says with excitement in her voice.

I look at Hades and I start to wonder if it was possible for that to happen. I grab his hand and I ask him.

“Hades will that be possible, can you change her like you changed me?”

“I won’t be able to do that the only one that can change her would be Seth if it’s something that he wants to do, and I just have to coach him through it and monitor her transition.” Hades says.

We all turn to look at Seth to see what we thinks about the whole thing. Seth looks at Belle with a huge smile on his face and turns to us.

“I would love to be able to go on runs and hunt for Belle in wolf form. I would be happy to change you Belle, but it would be entirely up to you on when it happens.” Seth says to Belle.

“If we do this tonight how long will it take for me to change and get a wolf?” Belle asks.

Hades looks at his phone and looks back at up with a smile on his face.

“If Luna would like to hold off on our meeting we can start your transition now and you should have your wolf tonight it looks like there will be a new moon tonight that is when transitions happen the quickest.” Hades says to us.

“Omg yes lets go Seth baby get to biting.” Belle says.

We all start laughing at her as she pulls down her collar and turn her head to the left ready for Seth to turn her.

“We need to get you set up in the pack hospital first so that way your transition would be monitored better Belle.” Hades says to her as he get up.

“Ok y’all lets go.” I say as I grab Belle’s hand and start to walk towards the door to head to the pack hospital.

We are walking to the pack hospital I am looking over at Belle who is so excited to be able to be with me and seems to be on cloud nine about Seth being her soulmate. I can honestly say that I can not wait to be able to shift with Belle and run through the forest with our wolves. I never told Belle but I am so happy to have meet her.

“While we are taking this walk Luna, I do have something I must tell you.” Belle says to me.

“What is it?” I asked.

“The job I had before I quit this morning…I was the heir of the most powerful Cartel in the states.” Belle says as she stops and looks at me.

I knew that about her already I did my research on her when we first met, I knew who her family was and who she was. I knew that Belle was also a master in martial arts and a weapons master. I never told her these things because I did not want her to feel as if I did not trust her.

“Belle, I know that already. I also know about you being a master in martial arts and a weapons master.” I said to her as I looked into her eyes I continued to talk. “I never told you I knew because I wanted you to trust me and tell me on your own and sis not want you to think that I did not trust you. Its just in the line of work I was end I had to be careful about who I was in contact with.”

Belle looked at me and laughed. I turned to her and laughed too.

“Luna, I knew about you being an assassin. My family has hired your organization several times before you have actually done several jobs for us.” Belle said.

We laughed some more and then continued our walk to the pack hospital. Once we was there Hades had instructed the doctor letting him now that we will be needing a room for the transition and monitors as will.

Belle and I walked into the room to get her ready for the transition. When she was done putting on the hospital gown I went out to get the men and let them know that we was ready. The nurses started to hook Belle up to the monitors and stepped out so we can start.

Hades and Seth both stepped up to Belle. Seth was looking at Belle with so much love and pride in his eyes for her.

“Ok Seth you will need to bite down as hard as you can on her right side and inject some of your venom into her. Be sure not to do her left side because that is where your mark should be.” Hades says to Seth.

Seth steps up to Belle and caressed her so tenderly as if she would break.

“Are you ready Belle, Sweetie…this will hurt and I want you to try not to push me away.” Seth says to her.

“I’m ready…don’t worry about me I have a very high pain tolerance.” Belle says with a smile on her face.

Seth turns Belle’s head to the left and bites down as hard as he can on her right shoulder. Belle did not try to move him, and she was not screaming out in pain. Seth pulls away and licks where he bit her to close the puncture wound on her shoulder. With that bite her transition has started.
