Cora's POV
My heart thumped heavily in my chest, as I continued to stare at Zane with an intense look in my eyes. allowing the uncertainty to hover endlessly around us.
Zane's eyes shone in surprise, maybe wondering why I was doing what I was doing.
'' Stop Cora, what do you think you doing,'' Bruno whispered into my ear but I ignored him because if he wasn't going to save himself, I was going to do that for him.
'' So what would it be, what have you decided, because if you desperately want to kill Bruno, you know you would have to kill me too as well,'' I said to Zane as continued to stare at him so sternly, wondering what he would decide.
I know I was playing the daughter card right now, even though I haven't been much of that to him, but right now I didn't have much of a choice
