'' Cora just listen to me please,'' My mother let out again.
'' Listen to you? so that you feed me more lies, no Kate not anymore,'' I said with anger laced in my voice as I tried to hold back my tears.
'' Stop Cora, just stop you are killing me, I am your mother, I deserved to be heard,'' my mother let out as tears streamed down her eyes.
'' No, don't ask me to call you by that name, because you don't deserve it,'' I screamed out as I stormed out of the kitchen, running up to my room and slamming the door shut.
