New Day

Ball POV

"Ball! You better be quick or I'll leave you right now!"

I can hear Kid voice from downstairs. I quickly grab my thing before putting on my sock.

"I'm coming. Wait for a moment". I run downstairs, kiss my mom before walking off to his car.

"Ball, today is the first day and you are still late. Can you please be more quickly next time? We need to pick up Win and First too".

Kid keeps on blabbering beside my ear about my lateness. To be true, I am only late for 5 minutes. That is quite early actually compare to other days. He is lucky that I didn't have a car to go on my own or I will answer him back already.

"Yes, I am sorry my handsome friend. I will be earlier next time. So please, stop blabbering like a grandma. Anyway, how is your last game?"

"It went well. Really well. I score around 5 goals making me the best player that night. But that night didn't go well too. Ugh, even thinking of it is making me stress".

"Why? Is it about Venus?"

I ask Kid really confidently as this is literally what happens every morning for the last few months.

"Mm. I finish my game, looking for her and see her walk off with Faris to his car. I try to call her that night but she didn't answer me back. Damn that useless boy!".

I patted him at his back to calm him down. I know how much he hates Faris just due to the fact that his girlfriend likes to flirt around with Faris and his bunch of useless friend. Of course, except Jack. Jack is like the best out of them all. He didn't sleep, nice, sweet and most importantly, he is so cute.

"So can you please get out now?"

My thinking is suddenly being interrupted by Kid. I look outside the window and notice that we are already at the school parking lot.

"I thought we are going to pick up Win and First?"

"Win will ride his own car and as for First, he will come with his whoever he is sleeping with last night".

I nodded to show that I understand with his answer before walking off with Kid to our new locker.

"What is your number?"

"0062"

"What? That will be 2 locker gap from me. I wonder who will be next beside me. One thing for sure, I only don't want 3 people to be there".

"I guess your dream is ruined Ball. Look who's right between our locker. This year will be a disaster."

I look straight to my locker and notice the most stupid person, the most hateable of them all. Faris is right there beside my locker. Great!. I need to face a lot of kissing thing while I am taking my book this year. Just great!

"Hey, why are you standing here with a very disappointed face?

Suddenly, a voice can be heard beside us. We spotted both Wini and First next to us, looking in the same direction.

"Can you even see it? Of course, First will not mind about it. He will like it instead".

"No, you are wrong. My locker is right next beside Jack. He is the one that is most stubborn. He never wants to sleep or even talk with me. But, this is First! For this year, I will make sure that he will sleep with me like a real man".

First, leave all 3 of us and walk first to his locker. I look at Win, and being his quiet self, he only sighed before walking off too. Well, it's not like we have any choice anyway.

"Let's go Kid".

I look at Kid for the last time before walking off with him. When Faris realizes that his locker is beside me, he smirks silently before locking his locker. And just when I thought he is leaving, he suddenly turns my body around, forcing me to close my locker, and trapped me between his hand, as if I'm a girl in Korean drama.

"Good morning Ball. Is your asshole fine? Do you want me to treat it?"

He smiles sweetly like he always does to the one he wants, patted my hair softly while his other hand walking to my waist slowly.

"I am fine Faris. And my asshole has never been better. Now if you could let me take my book, I will really own you a big thing".

I push away his hand, take my book quickly before walking away with my friend.

"Kid! Your girlfriend does have great skill!"

We can hear Faris shouting from behind, making all attention went to him and Kid. I pull Kid hand to calm him down so that there won't be any fight happen this morning.

"So what is your first class? Do we have any same class?"

All of us look at the time table and notice that we will most of the time split into 2 groups. Me with Kid and Win with First. I am kinda relieved though. At least, I will have a friend with me. Last year, I went through almost a year, alone without my friend except for one or two class.

"We will go first. And First, stop flirting around or I'll tell your mum".

Kid warns his cousin before walking away with me to our class. Since the chemistry class is quite far away, we talk about a lot of things, especially about the big game and our studies.

"Damn! We are only a minute earlier. Thank god!"

"I don't think you should say that Ball. This year will surely be hell. Look who's in our class".

I look at each one of my classmates before I realize what is Kid talking about. The class is full and only 2 places left for me and Kid. Just that it is not right beside each other. Because besides the empty chair, there exist, 2 guys, Faris and Kris. The worst of the worst.

"Who are you going to choose Kid?"

"Kris. At least he still didn't sleep with my girlfriend. Have a great day, Ball".

Before I am able to say anything, Kid has already taken his seat beside Kris, making me didn't have any choice but to sit beside Faris.

"Princess, here you are! I have been waiting for you. Come sit beside me".

Damn my life!
